At Comfort Ope, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

✅ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

✅ Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

✅ Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and carrier availability.

Typical delivery time:
3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

✅ Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking link provided.

✅ Address Accuracy (Very Important)

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Comfort Ope is not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

✅ Delivered Orders & Non-Receipt Claims

If the carrier tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for:

  • stolen packages after delivery
  • packages left by the carrier at the delivery location
  • packages delivered to mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or building reception areas

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.

✅ Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, please contact us within 3 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the carrier officially confirms the shipment is lost.

✅ Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • refused by the customer
  • unclaimed
  • returned due to an incorrect address

the original shipping cost and return shipping cost may be deducted from any refund.

✅ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled

✅ Shipping Delays

Comfort Ope is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather conditions
  • carrier delays
  • customs inspections
  • operational disruptions

These events are outside of our control.

✅ Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

To protect our customers and our business from fraud and abuse, Comfort Ope reserves the right to:

  • limit replacement or refund requests
  • refuse service in cases of repeated suspicious claims
  • request additional verification for high-risk or unusual orders.
