RETURN POLICY

At Comfort Ope, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for return.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in its original packaging

Be in resalable condition

Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used personal care products

Opened skincare products

Opened consumables

Final sale items

Gift cards

4. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance.

Include: Order number + reason for return.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Inspection & Refunds

Once received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply where permitted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Failure to report within 48 hours may void the claim.
